How do you get rid of zits without popping or using cream?

I have a couple of zits but they are coming fast. I don’t want to spend any money and I don’t want to pop them. Have any ideas?

but the best thing is to buy some face wash like proactive. And wash your face often if it’s oily

the best thing is to buy acne medications they help a lot and go a long way.
