This is what I have done that has worked in the past. Get a tissue an roll it up to a size that will comfortably fit in your nose. Run the tap and get it extremely hot (hot as you can stand it). Also, get a washcloth. Wet the tissue and washcloth with the hot water, and insert the tissue so that it is right on that zit… then apply the hot washcloth to the outside of your nose, just outside where the zit is. That way, you will be applying heat all around the zit.
Heat causes the white blood cells to rise to the surface of the skin and the white blood cells are the ones that fight infection.
It will hurt like a @#%$!, but keep applying the heat and slight pressure.
After about five min., check the tissue to see if there is any drainage. That would be ideal. If there is no drainage, Repeat the process. When you are through, dab a small, teensy, bit of hydrogen peroxide onto the zit.
The wet, heating process should, at the very least, reduce the swelling of the zit, and with it, some of the pain.
Keep repeating the process a couple of times a day. If this does not do the trick, you may need an antibiotic to help out.
Also, I don’t know how “wise” this is, but sometimes, I dab a bit of triple antibiotic ointment (like Neosporin) on the zit inside my nose… Neosporin always helps… but only after I’ve soaked it like I said above.
