My face has been looking clear but i’m getting some big zits near my hairline and or on my scalp. Do i treat these like regular zits? How do i get rid of them?
Thanks,

omg! i got those too, i think it has to do with greasy hair. i try washing my hair a lot, with head
& shoulders, and they’ve been clearing up. they are pretty normal, like normal zits they appear from grease and clogged pores.
Acne around the hairline can be caused by a few things. If you are constantly touching your hair, that oil can transfer to the face. If you don’t wash your hair often, that can cause acne. Or, what generally is the problem is you will wash your face with an acne cleanser and don’t go all the way to the hairline because you don’t want to get it in your hair.
I’d suggest being sure to cleanse all the way to the hairline and keeping your hair pulled back as much as possible. If you wash your hair less than three times a week, that can also be the culprit and you may want to increase the times you wash, or at least rinse, your hair.
Since the rest of your face is clear it means something near your hairline is causing the zits. You can definitaly prevent them by trying to keep your hair pulled back most of the time and not using hair product in the roots of your hair near your face, gel and such cause zits on skin.
The most important thing is to try and prevent them. They’re caused by the oils from your hair. Don’t use any styling products, at least not near the roots. Wear a headband when you sleep to keep hair off your face. Also wear it back during the day. This should stop the zits from coming back. I would treat the existing ones like normal pimples, a dab of benzoil peroxide on them at night should clear them up. Good luck!
This question gets me to level 2.
Good luck getting rid of them!!!
EDIT
not meaning to be sarcastic btw
