Cures Zits

Question…

Any home-made cures for zits? please help?

i have many huge pink zits on my face that are driving me nuts.
I want to use either a natural or home-made cure on them.
Please include details and steps

Put a hot wet towel compress on your face for about 3 minutes. This will open your pores. Then use a non oily soap like irish spring to clean your face. Afterword you apply a cold wet towel compress for another 3 minutes to close your pores. Do this every day before you go to bed. It worked for me.
