Wash your face twice a day and if it gets really bad use ProActiv or ask a dermotologist.

Just put makeup over it. If there were any miracle cure, no one would get zits.

don’t pick at them, i know its tempting because you think you will get rid of them..but its not true, it will only get worse; i know from experience; the best quick fix is to get a hot towel and open up your pores. You can try proactive but make sure you use it for a prolonged amount of time, don’t just give up when it doesn’t work the first week. it is a gradual fix and your skin will be looking fresh and clean looking. If you pick at it you will get scarring and it will leave you looking blotchy which you do not want. If you get a glycerin bar of soap and wash your face twice a day, it will eliminate the amount of oil that is left or clogged in your pores which is causing infection (zits).

Acne? Wash your face regularly with a mild soap so it doesn’t irritate it. Stay away from makeup for a couple of days so your skin can breathe. Use something like Clearasil but only where you have acne – no sense drying out healthy skin.

Try the Proactiv system…It works for me. However, some people find that it makes their skin dry and red. If you can, talk to a dermotologist. They can tell you exactly what to use.

Dear Tara,

There are many different things you can do to get rid of acne. First of all always wash your face twice a day. There are also lots of diffrent products you can purchase. The most popular one is proactive. I have heard nothing but good things about this but I have never used it. I have however used these Clearasil Pads that you wipe your face with after washing your face. This has worked for me. Before I got these though my mom gave me a little bit of Tee Tree Oil, which is a natural liquid that can be used for several things such has acne and even athletes foot. The tee tree oil got rid of all my acne in around 3 days. Tee Tree Oil has a very stong smell so beware. Also if you have a big pimple you just get a q-tip and put the stuff right on there however if you are just covering minor acne or going over your whole face make sure you dilute the oil first. Good Luck!

Forget the pills and creams, which will only pollute your body. The only way to clear up your acne permanently is to switch to a healthy diet.

You skin will clear up when there’s no more pollution to expel.

Your skin is an organ of elimination for the body. When you stop putting harmful things in your body, your body will no longer have to use it to eliminate toxins and your skin will clear. This really cleared up my skin.

On this page I tell how I cleared up my acne and explain how you can do it: http://www.raw-food-health.net/naturalacnecure.html

Different people use different things to fight there acne. Its very difficult to find what really works. Every product promises a quick fix but end up being a cheat. You may check out natural home remedies. Try this because it really works well for my acne. Get raw lemon juice and dilute with water. Dip a cotton ball in the solution and apply gently on the affected part after you must have rinsed the parts with warm water. Wash off after 30 minutes.
You will be amazed at the significant change. Alternatively, applying a mild toothpaste on the spots can give you a noticable change for good.
Check out the link below for more info. Hope these helps.

Most acne products only treat the symptoms and not the source. Over the counter products such as gel and cream only make your skin dry & sensitive instead of treating acne at the source. Prolonged use can even lead to premature aging and other health issues.

The main causes of acne is toxins build up in the body and clogged pores caused by excessive oil and deadskin cells. These conditions provide a fertile ground for acne bacteria to spread and thrive.

To effectively fight acne and prevent acne from coming back, you have to attack acne from inside the body as well as outside on the skin. So, look for an acne product that fights acne internally as well as externally. They should also contains natural ingredients since they’re more safer to use and has less side effects.

There are also things you can do at home to get rid of acne. Take actions to detoxify your body and take care of your skin and soon, you will permanently end your acne and have clear, radiant, beautiful skin!

For the next couple of weeks, stick to the regimen below:
-Drink a glass of warm water with lemon and honey in the morning and evening
-Drink lots of water throughout the day to flush out the toxins
-Eat oatmeal for breakfast
-Eat 2 cups of yogurt a day – yogurt boost ur immune system and contain microbiotic organisms that help your digestive system and control the acid/yeast
-Exercise regularly
-Eat lots of green veggies (organic if possible)
-Stay away from coffee, sugar, carbohydrates, fatty and fried food
-Wash your face in morning and evening with gentle cleanser, use natural toner, and follow up with oil-free moisturizer

If you have mild acne, following the above guideline should help you to control acne outbreak. However, if you have moderate to sever acne, it’s best to use an acne treatment system that treat acne from the inside as well as the outside. Check out http://www.amazingacnecure.com/products_review.html review of the best acne treatment system that can permenantly cure your acne.
